Objectives

An updated site that leads the reader through a story, as opposed to a series of disconnected, informational pages. A greater focus was nedded on the company history, client success stories, and the familial culture.

In order to facilitate the storyline-driven content, the decision was made to convert the site to a one-page, parallax scroller. This allows the user to read the content in a smooth fashion, unbroken by page loads. Offshoot detail pages for case studies and more information about the company would be added, but the bulk of the information would be immediately available on the homepage.

Aesthetic Skins

Following wireframe iteration and approval, aesthetic skinning began. The company’s hot pink was used for CTA’s and areas of importance. White and light gray made up the rest of the background colors, with large imagery and iconography dispersed throughout.

In an attempt to match the updated, more conversational tone of the site, cheekier content was written and Star Wars icons were used instead of bullets. These touches lightened the tone without disrupting the company’s professional image.
